Passion fruit is what happens when a fruit decides to contain maximum flavour in minimum volume. Crack one open and you're hit with an explosion of tropical aroma, tart-sweet pulp, and edible seeds that crunch pleasantly between your teeth. Drop the pulp onto pavlova, stir it into yoghurt, blitz it into a mocktail, or just spoon it out of the shell. A little goes a long way.
