Kinnaur sits at some of the highest apple-farming altitudes in India — which means our Kinnaur apples are grown in conditions most of us will never experience. The extreme temperature swings (hot days, freezing nights) stress the apple into producing more sugars and more antioxidants. The result: deep red, sweet-crisp, and utterly distinctive.
