Red Capsicum

Red capsicum is a green capsicum that stayed on the vine long enough to discover joy. Fully ripe, deeply sweet, and loaded with the kind of rich colour that chefs chase. Grown hydroponically in clean water (not soil), so what you get is glossy, blemish-free, and utterly bite-worthy raw. Roast them until they blister, blitz them into muhammara, or slice them into salads that don't need much else.
