Zucchini is what happens when a vegetable decides to be chill about everything. Mild, versatile, and permanently forgiving — it adapts to whatever you throw at it. Ratatouille? Done. Zoodles? Sure. Sneaking it into a chocolate cake? Absolutely legal. Ours are medium-sized, thin-skinned, and tender — peeling is optional and arguably a mistake.
