Zucchini Yellow

Green zucchini's sunnier sibling.

Slightly more vitamin C than green zucchini, plus extra carotenoids from the yellow pigment.

Yellow zucchini is what happens when green zucchini decides to have a personality. Slightly sweeter, much more photogenic, and genetically disposed to make any plate look more expensive than it is. Roast it, grill it, slice it thin for a carpaccio, or spiralise it into noodles for a summer pasta that doesn't weigh you down.
